All our rates are quoted per room, per night and include full English Breakfast and use of our leisure facilities.

| Double Room for Single Occupancy (Sunday - Thursday inclusive) | £60 |
- Additional z bed £10 per night.
- Cot £5 per night.
- Small well behaved dogs accepted £5 per night (in garden rooms only).
- Bank Holidays are weekend rates plus £10 per room per night.
- York Race Meetings are weekend rates plus £20 per room per night.
- Pre booked dinner is charged at £16 per person. This entitles the guest to an allowance of £18 from our a la carte menu.
- Children's dinner is charged as taken. A children's menu is available.

Booking Conditions
All prices quoted include VAT at 15%.
A £20 non refundable deposit per person is required to confirm your booking. Late arrivals after 10pm must be advised.
Cancellations must be advised 24 hours prior to arrival or the first night's accommodation will be charged.
